The Community Pain Network -

Welcome! The newly launched NSCPCCN website will be used introduce the Nova Scotia Chronic Pain collaborative Care Network. The goal of the Network is to improve capacity of the health care system within Nova Scotia to manage chronic pain through primary care.

Community physicians will be able access to chronic pain and addiction specialists to assist in the management of chronic pain in their home practices.
